BLOOMINGDALE, GA. (May 5, 2026) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates has announced the launch of Coldwell Banker Commercial Morgan Properties, a new affiliate office based in Bloomingdale, Georgia, in the Savannah Region and owned by Kim Iler Morgan, a top-performing commercial real estate professional with two decades of experience under the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand. Morgan, previously affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic in Georgia, was the brokerage’s top-producing agent. Rather than changing brands, she elected to continue the Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise agreement by launching her own company, a decision rooted in long-standing professional relationships and the platform’s global reach.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Morgan Properties focuses exclusively on commercial clients and properties, serving investors, developers and business owners throughout coastal and inland markets surrounding the Savannah region. The firm is headquartered at 701 U.S. Highway 80 in Bloomingdale, a small community just west of Pooler, GA and the Savannah region that has emerged as a key growth corridor. The Class-A office is housed in a renovated home originally built in the 1930s, which will also house offices for a physician and an attorney.
After acquiring the property, Morgan encountered a local resident who urged her not to demolish what had once been her grandmother’s home. Moved by the request and the building’s history, Morgan enlisted her husband, Ronnie, with forty plus years of construction experience, and owner of RK Construction and Remodeling Corporation, to lead a careful renovation that preserved the structure while modernizing it for commercial use.
