Kelsi Sands is a Licensed Broker at
Coldwell Banker Commercial Mountain
West Real Estate. Kelsi joined the in 2017
after graduating from Western Oregon
University with a Bachelor of Science,
majoring in Business Administration.
Kelsi is the day to day contact for
clients, transaction management,
marketing, and moving transactions
through the deal and closing process
from start to finish.
Her academic foundation, coupled with
her passion for entrepreneurship and
strong communication skills, laid the
groundwork for a successful career as
a Commercial Real Estate Broker.
Kelsi has played an integral role in
numerous transactions spanning
industrial, retail, office, and bare land
properties.
Kelsi was awarded Coldwell Banker
Commercial’s national “Top 3 under 30” in
2020.
Kelsi is a lifelong Oregonian and enjoys
the various facets that Oregon has to
offer including backpacking, skiing,
boating and camping. Kelsi lives in South
Salem with her husband Nic.
