Byron is President of the Property Management division of Coldwell Banker Commercial Danforth. He is also a Managing Broker with extensive experience in the sales and leasing of multi-family, office and retail properties. Over the years, Byron has received numerous awards and accolades. He has consistently been in the top 2% of CBC brokers nationally and has been a recipient of the CBC Circle of Distinction Award consecutively since 2004. In addition to being a highly successful Commercial Broker and Property Manager, Byron has been a professional real estate educator for over 25 years. He is a Senior Coldwell Banker University Contract Trainer and an Administrator of Real Estate for the Advanced Learning and Training Institute, which provides brokers with clock-hour training in WA state.
