Kim Adams, CCIM, has worked for Coldwell Banker Commercial Danforth in real estate sales and leasing for 21 years. His transactions included the sale of large multi-family projects and the sale of multiple development projects for single family homes, apartments and retail. These included 350 acres of mixed-use land in Thurston County, and the sale of a 700+ acre mixed-use parcel in Mason County. In 2007, Kim ventured out to serve as the Director of the Northwest Region for Hall Equities Group. During this time, Kim worked on obtaining land use approvals and entitlements for several Washington projects ranging in size from seven acres to 730 acres. In this time, he also negotiated land swap agreements between private developers, the State of Washington and other local jurisdictions. As Project Manager, Kim negotiated with the Washington State Department of Transportation for the relocation and redesign of a freeway interchange. He also has extensive experience working with the Department of Ecology regarding large-scale environmental clean-ups. He has experience with rezones, Comprehensive Plan Amendments, developments near airports, and retail leasing. Through these various projects and negotiations, Kim has developed strong relationships with many government agencies and officials throughout Washington.
