Since launching his professional real estate career in the year 2000, Steve's goal has been to provide outstanding service to his clients. His commercial transactions over the years have ranged from medium to very large but each and every one has, and always will, receive his most conscientious attention to detail. The size of the transaction is secondary to the establishment of a trustworthy professional relationship. Many of Steve's loyal clients today began, at first, with him providing them with no-fee services; such as investment feasibility analysis, or current market evaluations, or just by him answering their simplest commercial real estate questions over the phone. Steve believes in the old adage, "It's what you do when you don't have to that makes all the difference". And it was in that spirit that Steve advanced his level of expertise in 2018 by obtaining the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
